As many of you already know, Yapta is there for you when you’re planning travel, and we’ve also got your back after you purchase a ticket.  Since launch, you’ve always been able to come to Yapta, enter in the  confirmation code for a purchased ticket and rest assured that Yapta will alert you if the fare drops and you’re eligible for a voucher or refund.

We thought we’d make that process even simpler for you:

Now, when you receive a confirmation email from your airline after booking a ticket, all you have to do is forward that email to flights@yapta.com.  We’ll import the necessary information and begin tracking the price of that ticket to ensure that you never experience "buyer’s remorse."
